Sally Foan
Sally Foan is an intuitive and inspirational coach & trainer. With many years experience working alongside a broad range of organisations including the travel industry, airline industry, health and fitness industry and more recently in a range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations, her facilitative style helps delegates relax, enjoy and participate in their own development which results in the best sort of change; one that lasts. Sally dissolves limiting beliefs and builds personal confidence to unleash latent potential. She is a qualified Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner (NLP) and a qualified trainer for the Leading & Developing High Performance programme created by Dr. Derek Biddle (L&DHP). Her current clients include a range of people from the world of international sport & business.
Julia Quarmby-Norden
Julia Quarmby-Norden is an HR generalist with 12 years experience that includes Avon, Northamptonshire County Council, Leicestershire Mental Health Authority, Phoenix IT and Northamptonshire NHS Trust. Her specialties include absence/attendance management, managing performance & conduct, handling a grievance, competency based interviewing skills and succession planning. Julis is currently engaged on a project involving redeployment and career support.
Ali Stewart
Ali Stewart is a life and business coach, with over 15 years experience in people and organisation development. Ali is a trainer of trainers for Dr Derek Biddle’s Leading & Developing High Performance programme (L&DHP), uses the dynamic personality-based Insights Discovery® model and is an Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner (NLP). Ali’s skill is helping people unblock their limiting beliefs to achieve their goals and has worked with leaders across a range of organisations, including Friends Provident, NCSL, various parts of the NHS, local authorities and schools.
Sharon Winwright
Sharon Winwright has worked in the public and private sector managing and leading teams. Sharon led a 4 star local authority to their ‘Investors in People’ status. As an HR/OD leader, Sharon implemented new appraisal systems, introduced cultural change programmes and trained and coached at every level. Sharon is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Management & the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development – MCIPD, MCIM – and is a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner.
Peter Johnson
Peter Johnson began his early career as an accountant in private practise with clients from agriculture, commerce and light industry. After a move into general accountancy in the Health Service he held a wide variety of senior management positions in industry, covering accountancy, human resources, operations and sales and marketing. With a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies and an MBA from Henley, Peter has initiated and delivered many high level strategic change, operational and management projects. Peter has a clear business focus and is an experienced coach and mentor, working particularly well with managers and executives.
