Suitable for colleagues who wish to enhance their professional toolkit with the core skill of assertiveness. The course builds both on current levels of self-esteem and self-confidence in order to maximise personal effectiveness. We will enhance your ability to communicate your views at meetings and in the workplace in general. We will build a phrase bank to support you when dealing with challenging people or situations.

This is a popular course where delegates report feeling much more confident, post course, when dealing with challenging interpersonal situations both at work and at home. By understanding the models described during ‘the psychology of relating’, delegates are able to see how their daily decisions, behaviours and actions are defined by their mindset.
We examine self-esteem and it’s link to our mindset which is linked to daily outcomes. Delegates build a phrase bank of assertive interventions for use post course to support their new behaviour and mindset.
