We offer 1-2-1- coaching to people from all walks of life. Sessions are typically two hours long and are opportunities to work on a very bespoke programme of growth and change. “As a professional rugby player for over 13 years I have experienced the highs and lows that being a sportsman can bring. At one stage I felt I was losing my way and needed some support which Sally was able to help me with. Her insight and patience has helped me immensely on and off the pitch. I now have a collection of strategies and tools that she has taught me to use, which means I can deal with all the situations that come my way, focus on performance on the pitch and enjoy my quality of life when at home with my family. I would not hesitate to recommend Sally and I thank her for her contribution.” Sept 2010 Ben Cohen MBE – England Rugby World Cup Champion, Northampton Saints, Sale Sharks & the Global Ben Cohen StandUp Foundation.
During 2010 People Tree was working alongside CAN, a charitable organisation supporting homeless people across Northamptonshire. We developed a range of workshops for a core group of people who have used the services of CAN at some time and who were to become the voice of homelessness. This group will be involved with decision making professional bodies and help guide and steer funding to make a positive difference for the future. Sally Foan has also been invited to speak alongside Richard Lukehurst, of CAN, at their annual conference in December 2010.
My role is “Client involvement Development worker” for CAN/SP Northamptonshire – The projects aim is to promote empowerment and independence through effective involvement. I first met Sally Foan (People Tree Training) while looking for an organisation to deliver some training on improving self esteem/confidence to vulnerable clients who are involved in the project UP2U. Over the past year Sally has delivered training to many of our clients on Assertiveness, Improving Confidence, Effective meetings, Presentation Skills and NLP. All of which have proved to be a great success with our clients. Sally has a great way to help you feel at ease, get the best out of people and encourage others to participate. Many of our clients have gained many useful skills which have enabled them to become or certainly move towards their preferred future of independence. To sum up, Sally is highly professional, highly skilled and highly recommended! Richard Lukehurst CAN Client Involvement Worker
