People Tree Training is a UK training provider delivering a range of in-house courses, bespoke programme design and one to one coaching.
Based in Northamptonshire, we work with many types of organisations, from the public, private and not-for-profit sector. We listen to our clients and tailor our courses to their specific needs. We deliver in-house, at your location, in order to reduce time away from the desk, travel and expenses for your people. We have grown through repeat business and recommendation.
We produce delegate workbooks which are comprehensive tools for use during and after the course which can include your corporate images, key messages and logo.
One to one coaching is available for individuals seeking to address issues that may be limiting their achievements or performance. Coaching can help you to get more from your life, help you to stretch and grow and do things more easily or differently. Often a lack of vision can limit our success more than any lack of ability. One to one coaching is an opportunity to focus on creating a clear vision for your future.
Tailored Business Improvement packages are now also on offer, following requests from existing clients. From business startup and writing business plans through to interim results analysis and a sound understanding of what your balance sheet is saying, we can tailor a package that suits you.
